Flowzito Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Flowzito, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use Flowzito on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to use the application and perform the relevant operations within that organization's project environment.
2. What Flowzito is
Flowzito is a mobile application for Autodesk Forma project operations.
It is designed around a local-first model: most data is processed and stored on the user's device, while project operations are sent directly from the application to Autodesk Forma and related Autodesk services using the user's Autodesk account.
In the current implementation, Flowzito does not use a separate backend to relay or store project data.
Flowzito is an independent product. Autodesk Forma and Autodesk services remain subject to Autodesk's own terms.
3. Autodesk account and permissions
You are responsible for:
- the Autodesk account you connect;
- the permissions granted to that account on the relevant Hub or Project;
- ensuring that your organization or project owner authorizes the actions you perform;
- securing the device on which Flowzito is installed.
Flowzito can access only the data Autodesk makes available to the current token and account permissions.
4. Local data on your device
Flowzito may store Workspaces, dashboards, scenarios, preferences, job history, Data Connector datasets, and other artifacts locally so the application can continue working between sessions.
Signing out removes Autodesk authentication secrets stored by Flowzito but does not automatically delete all local application data.
You are responsible for applying appropriate device-security controls, especially where the device contains sensitive project data.
5. Operations that may modify Autodesk Forma data
Some Flowzito tools may create or modify Autodesk Forma project data, including operations such as:
- creating or copying folder structures;
- importing members;
- working with or inspecting permissions;
- uploading files;
- creating new file versions;
- performing other project operations shown in the application.
You are responsible for checking the correct Workspace, Hub/Project, source, destination, files, members, permissions, and options before confirming an operation.
6. Preflight does not replace organizational controls
Flowzito may provide preflight checks, review steps, conflict checks, or confirmations before certain operations.
These controls are intended to reduce operational mistakes but do not replace your organization's approval, backup, change-control, or review processes.
7. Some operations may not be automatically reversible
Not every Autodesk Forma operation supports automatic rollback.
If a job is interrupted, some data may already have been created or changed before the operation stops.
You should review the job result and verify destination data before retrying an operation that can write data.
8. Imported, exported, and user-provided content
You are responsible for the accuracy of, and your right to use, Excel files, PDFs, CSV files, and other content you provide to Flowzito.
You must not use Flowzito to process, upload, or modify data that you are not authorized to use or manage.
9. Autodesk and third-party services
Flowzito depends on Autodesk Forma, Autodesk Platform Services, and related Autodesk services for many core functions.
Sign-in, data access, writes, downloads, and operations may be affected by:
- Autodesk service availability;
- account permissions;
- API limits or rate limits;
- API changes;
- policies or configuration set by the organization that owns the project.
Flowzito does not control the availability of Autodesk services.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- access data you are not authorized to access;
- intentionally bypass Autodesk authentication or permissions;
- use the application for unlawful activity;
- interfere with or exploit the application contrary to applicable law or licenses;
- use Flowzito in a way that creates unreasonable load or disruption for Autodesk APIs or other users.
11. Open-source software
Flowzito uses open-source libraries and third-party components. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses.
License information may be provided in the application's Open Source Licenses section or accompanying documentation.
12. Product changes
Flowzito may update, change, or discontinue features to improve the product, respond to API changes, or maintain security and compatibility.
No guarantee is made that every feature will remain available for every Autodesk account, Project, region, or operating-system version.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Flowzito is provided on an "as available" basis.
You remain responsible for verifying the result of important operations before relying on them for project decisions, permissions, records, or official project data.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Flowzito will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption, or loss/inconsistency of data arising from use of, or inability to use, Flowzito.
15. Ending use
You may stop using Flowzito at any time by signing out and uninstalling the application.
Access to and data within Autodesk Forma remain controlled by Autodesk and the organization that owns the project.
