Autodesk Forma Data Connector dashboard

An overview of dashboard analysis for Autodesk Forma Data Connector snapshots: sync time, tabs, filters, cards, and drill-down.

Updated Flowzito ↗

When you need to analyze Autodesk Forma project data from Data Connector, Flowzito Dashboard downloads a snapshot and calculates its cards from that selected dataset. The numbers therefore reflect the sync time rather than live Forma state.

Quick read

  • Select the correct Hub/Project and a suitable Data Connector sync job.
  • Datasets are stored locally by account, Hub, project, and region.
  • Available analysis tabs include Reviews, RFI, Overview, Issues, Submittals, Forms, Assets, and Schedule when the dataset contains those services.
  • Use filters, the card library, and View details to move from aggregates to records.
  • Saved Dashboard data can be reopened without an Autodesk session; member-directory data stays in memory unless persistent storage is enabled.

Open the Dashboard

Flowzito Dashboard with Data Connector data

Open the Dashboard and select the relevant project snapshot.

Select the project, open Dashboard, and choose a downloaded Data Connector sync. If none is available, use Sync Data Connector for Flowzito Dashboard.

Interpret the snapshot

Every card belongs to the selected extract. When evaluating a KPI, use the extract time as context rather than treating the value as current Forma state.

Tabs, filters, and details

Issues data shown in the Flowzito Dashboard

Tabs and details support drill-down from summary to individual records.

Switch tabs for the service you want to analyze. Filters narrow the active scope, cards summarize that scope, and View details exposes the records behind a metric.

For a concrete filter-to-detail workflow, see Filter and drill down in Flowzito Dashboard.
