Resume a job from a checkpoint after interruption

How continuation state helps resume a job at a safe boundary without blindly replaying the previous operation.

Updated Flowzito ↗

Some long-running workflows save progress so they can continue after the Autodesk session or project context is interrupted.

When to use Continue

Use Continue when Jobs shows a Paused operation and the Continue action is available. Restore the Autodesk session and verify the project first.

Why not restart immediately?

Part of the job may already have finished before it paused. When you continue, Flowzito checks the project’s current state before moving to the next step, which helps avoid repeating work that is already complete.

1. Restore conditions

Reload or open the correct Forma tab, wait for Autodesk session active, and recheck Hub · Project.

2. Continue from Jobs

Open the job in Jobs and choose Continue when that action is available. If the job changes to Needs attention, use Review issue and inspect the cause first.

3. Verify completion

After Completed, inspect the workflow destination or result file. If Flowzito reports that continuation state was cleared, that job no longer has unfinished progress to resume.
